CKY Fabrication is the brand used by Qingdao Chuang Kaiyuan Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd., based in Qingdao, China. We operate this website and handle the inquiries submitted to us.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide, including your name, company, country, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, project requirements, messages and any drawings or other accepted attachments. Our hosting and security services also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, request times and verification results. Cloudflare records operational and security logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to review drawings, assess manufacturing feasibility, prepare quotations, discuss technical requirements, carry out production and fulfil orders. We also use technical information to operate the website, understand its usage and performance, and prevent spam and abuse. We do not add your email address to unsolicited marketing mailing lists.
4. Service Providers and Information Sharing
Cloudflare Workers hosts the website and processes form submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions. Resend delivers your inquiry and any attached files to sales@ckyfabrication.com, and Zoho Mail receives and stores the email.
Cloudflare also provides browser-based usage and performance measurement. Its measurement script collects information such as page and referring URLs, browser and device information, and page-load timings.
Where needed for a quotation, feasibility review or order, we may share relevant drawings and project details with external processing suppliers. Before sharing, we consider customer confidentiality requirements, including NDAs, confidentiality markings and restrictions, and limit the information shared to what is needed for the task.

5. Data Storage and Retention
Inquiry emails are held in Zoho Mail. We also download drawings to computers used for company business to review them, prepare quotations and carry out production work. The website application does not maintain a separate inquiry database or a public drawing library.
There is no fixed automatic deletion schedule for our inquiry emails or downloaded drawings. We determine retention according to quotation work, business communications, order fulfilment and necessary record-keeping needs. Copies and technical records held by service providers are subject to their own policies and account settings, separately from the records we manage.
6. Cookies and Security Technologies
Cloudflare and Turnstile process browser and network signals to help distinguish visitors from bots and protect the website. Depending on the security features in use, Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies. Restricting these technologies in your browser may affect security verification or form submission.
7. International Data Processing
Our business handles information in China. Resend stores email data in the United States, and our other service providers may process information in other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your country.
